Manisharma's Chinese Instruments For 'Chirutha'

The image “http://www.greatandhra.com/newsimages/Manisharma1192118562.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Mani Sharma says that he has brought musical instruments from China to score for Chirutha.

He said, "Since Chirutha was said to be made in Bangkok, I was asked to do something on the lines of Chinese music. So I brought original Chinese instruments although we can manage on key boards. We kept focus on perfection al together. I got many calls of appreciation for the back ground music given for fights. Especially, the fight in temple got huge response".

But the fact is Mani Sharma took lot of BGMs from some Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan's films. Those who watched the film can easily make out that.

Press Note: Manisharma Musical Tour success 2007

Manisharma embarked on his second major tour, entitled "Swara Brahma melodies","Irrespective of having already achieved massive worldwide success on his chartbusters, he is a humble man with love for music and he feels his body and mind are tuned for creating good music day and night.

He told Telugu websites and few magazines: "We're seriously talking about going out this year and putting together an amazing show with his great troupe".It seems like the way to break a show act these days is you have to built-in a fan base before his songs and team even hit the road. ."He says his troupe singers' route to stardom bypasses a lot of the normal building blocks most acts go through, but for now they are "self-made" stars.Living and breathing music, there's nothing Manisharma enjoys more than going to a concert, or even blasting the stereo and groovin' to some tunes. He's all about performing the things he knows with others, especially when it has to do with music.

Manisharma quotes-He says Music isn't just learning notes and playing them, You learn notes to play to the music of your soul. I think music in itself is healing. It's an explosive expression of humanity. It's something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we're from, everyone loves music.Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn. They teach you there's a boundary line to music. But, friends, there's no boundary line to art.Great music is that which penetrates the ear with facility and leaves the memory with difficulty. Magical music never leaves the memory.

Music show critics says Manisharma's shows are picking up momentum with his latest chart busters and super hits "He's transcended the teen star-pop thing, and it looks like a lot of his fans are going with him."His 95% capacity to shows figure is more than among other top-level acts touring in the same time span at similar-sized venues.

Manisharma proved time and time again that good team work, good sound and excellent local coordination in all cities will prove the tour as a success. He thanked Ruchi Foods, Chicago for National Promotion of shows and JP Entertainment Group for Publicity, Press releases and other coordination efforts. He personally thanked all cities and local organizers for supporting Devi from Ruchi Foods.

Mani Sharma in Columbus

"Manisharma has proved time and time again that his musical events are quite unlike those featuring other composers or singers," says Jagadish Prabhala whose JP Entertainment is hosting the Columbus show along with Saibaba Society of Ohio on July 20. "His music has as much appeal as that of any big Tollywood star studded event." "It has been a very busy year. Yet I thought of the concert tour for many reasons," the composer says. He also loves being with his singers off the recording studio but doesn't get many opportunities to do so in India. "It is a different feeling when you work with them for a stage show," he explains. "The challenges are different, and we come alive even more than when we are in a recording studio. The friendship also grows."
Manisharma's biggest challenge, however, is not assembling first-rate artists or having the best acoustics at each venue. "There are fans who have long memories," he says. "And there are fans who love the recent songs. Now, I would have a good mix of the old and new. Even then it is not easy to choose one beautiful song over another." The show in Columbus was orgainzed by Saibaba temple society of Ohio as a fund raising event for construction of Saimandir. The Society has purchased 7.7 acres of ground on Lewis Centre Road for construction of permanent Sai mandir. Architectural plans are being prepared. Temple Committee has invited generous contributions from all over the USA.
