Sania Mirza never appears to be crying in public. But she says that she is very emotional person and cries in front of mom when she loses certain match.

Saying about her societal interests, "I get anger whenever I listen about female infanticide and foeticide. I also work for an organization called SACH to raise funds for children suffering from heart diseases".

Switching over to her glitter world, she said, "I never like to do in films. I said that many times but still the media keeps wasting time on that aspect. My focus is on tennis and again the speculations on my love life are also a mere waste of time. I find love and marriage are important only when my career in Tennis stops".

So, this Hyderabad beauty is very clear in her motives.

Spotted: Sania in a brand new chic avatar

Sania Mirza was spotted in a brand new chic avatar at a press conference last evening.

The lady got her Venus Williams inspired hairstyle from her stylist in Hyderbad. The fringe and the messed up waves framed her face softly.

The new look raised questions whether our tennis star was planning a switch to planet Bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan, who attended the press conference with Sania, offerred her a role, saying, “I can work with her 20 years later if I remain as fit.”

Sania Mirza cruises into Cincinnati quarter-finals

Sania Mirza, seeded third, cruised into the quarter-finals of the USD175,000 WTA hardcourt tournament in Cincinnati with a straight-set win over Varvara Lepchenko from Uzbekistan on Wednesday.
Mirza beat Lepchenko 6-2, 6-2 to reach the quarter-finals here for the third straight year.
The Indian player, currently ranked 38, had been out of action for two and a half months earlier this season due to knee surgery.
She will now face the winner of the second-round match between ninth-seeded Jill Craybas of USA and Olga Govortsova of Belarus.
Top-seeded Russian Anna Chakvetadze also reached the quarters, defeating Romanian qualifier Anda Perianu 6-4, 6-3.
