Chiru, Bala, Nag, Venky, Pawan, Mahesh and NTR

There is no block buster in Tollywood this year after 'Desamuduru'. Only 'Adavari Matalaku Ardhaley Veruley' can be considered to be the film of that sort. But till now, almost all the releases are doing just average or going flop. The films 'Aata' and 'Dhee' bagged good talk but they are making collections in selective centers. 'Dhee' is doing well in 'A' centers but not so in B, C. 'Aata' is now slowly coming out from bad talk due to entertaining elements.

But the films those are releasing from this June are all going to be with big heroes. That is putting the industry in hopes and reams.

The most prestigious projects in second half of this year are:

Shankaradada Zndabad is the remake of Hindi block buster 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai'. Chiranjeevi is expecting it to be a hit after 'Tagore' in his recent filmography. Prabhudeva is directing this film in Telugu after the flop 'Pournami'. Karishma Kotak is pairing up with Chiru on this film.

Balakrishna and YVS Chowdary are now working in 'Okka Magadu'. The title is alluring for masses and appealing for fans. Nisha Kothai, Anushka and Simran are pairing up with Balakrishna in this film. We have to see how YVS pulls out Balakrishna from flop-pit with this film.

Nagarjuna's 'Don' being directed by Lawrence is also hitting in the second half of this year. Ileana and Priyamani are pairing up with Nag.

NTR's 'Yamadonga' in the direction of SS Rajamouli is also releasing in the second half of this year. The film is getting bigger applause and also expectations are high on this.

Venkatesh-Boyapati's 'Tulasi' (tentative title) is also hitting in July-Aug. The film is action packed with sentimental values. Venkatesh made two hits successively with 'Lakshmi' and 'AMAV'. We have to see if he makes hatrick with this.

Mahesh Babu's 'Athidhi' directed by Surender Reddy is about to come in a few weeks. Surender Reddy made a flop with 'Ashok' and he is planning to come out from that with this film. Amritha Rao is pairing up with Mahesh Babu in this film.

Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram film is set to release in August. Details are yet to be known about this film.

Ravi Teja- Sreenu Vaitla combination film 'Dubai Seenu' is hitting screens in the first week of June. Already this combination made a hit with 'Venky'. We have to see how it works out now.

Ram Charan Teja 'Chirutha' directed by Puri Jagannath is making big news and hopes are pinned on this flick in big way.

After all these, Rajni Kanth's 'Shivaji' is hitting on 15th June. We have to see how everything works
