Gossip: Prakash Raj's Properties worth Rs. 200 Cr

Scuttlebutt says that Prakash Raj's property is worth Rs 150 Cr. He came from a struggling background, sleeping in Chennai Pangal park during his acting trials. The earnings from the four South Indian film industries have given him crores of Rupees and he made intelligent investment of the same in shares and in land. The fate turned positive for Prakash Raj and he landed in crores now. As soon as he made big crores, he started igniting the production ideas and has shown a new facet of him as producer.

The same money and properties brought arrogance in him unfortunately. Interestingly Prakash Raj admitted a few weeks ago that his huge earnings made him arrogant but now learnt how to behave and keep cool with everyone. That sounds to be a sign of repentance. But like a villain in any film, he is again showing his recalcitrance and arrogance to big producers as well in the matters of dates adjustment and coming to sets in time.

So, money makes many things. It even transforms a sincere and hard working artiste as an arrogant freak.

Controversy: Prakash Raj ousted from Athidhi?

Character actor Prakash Raj has landed in yet another controversy.

According to sources, Prakash Raj was allegedly removed from the latest Athidhi because of differences with the director and the lead actor. Actually, he was part of the Mahesh Babu starrer, but once the film started rolling, Prakash Raj was said to be coming late for the shooting. This reportedly irked the director and the lead actor.
The director reportedly decided to complete the film without Prakash Raj. It is not known whether Prakash Raj’s role will be chopped off or shortened in the light of the controversy.
This was not the first time that Prakash Raj landed in a controversy. Earlier too a few producers complained against him about his late arrivals at the shootings.
Now Bollywood actor Sushant Singh, who acted in Ram Gopal Verma’s films and the recent Raviteja’s Dubai Seenu has been roped in for the main villain’s character in place of Prakash Raj.The movie is slated for release in the first week of September. It is being produced by Mahesh’s brother Ramesh.

He takes advance payment initially and grabs entire amount within first two schedules. Then he says that he has to push of to other film be in Kannada or Tamil. To retain back and complete the job he is asking double the payment.

All this disgusted even the big producers and he is not being considered by many. For the talent he has, he will be seen in every new film that releases if his behavior is corrected. Otherwise, he will be going with the wind.

Reason For Prakash Raj's Superiority Complex

What is the reason for Prakash Raj's superiority complex? Many segments in the industry say about his arrogance and recalcitrance, be the banner be big or small. For some time, he was ostracized by Tollywood without offering any roles. But after that he came out and said to a News Paper that he learnt a lot and he did all mistake till then. He said that he wouldn't be recalcitrant and obey the dictum of producers and directors. Again, he is behaving in the same old way with Ramesh Babu now. He is making the film 'Athidhi' in which the key villain role is offered to Prakash Raj. But he is not turning up positively for the offer and at the same time not saying 'No'. Worried by his un-answering nature, Ramesh Babu decided to groove in Sushanth Singh in the place of Prakash Raj.

Well, why Prakash Raj is behaving like this? The reason is his superiority complex. He has four industries in hand and gets numerous offers every day. So he doesn't like to bend for anyone in any industry. If not Tollywood, he has Kollywood and Sandalwood for livelihood.

Above all, he has high confidence on his performance. He feels that producers are in need of him but he is not in need of producers' blessings.
