Mohan Babu is busily promoting the film 'Raju Bhai' appearing in TV channels. In a fresh live show he spoke very high about the film and the characterization of Raju Bhai in that. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes and Mohan Babu turned a big Film analyst and Critic talking about it.
The anchor asked at last if he is competing with his sons or his sons competing with him.
Answering to that Mohan Babu said, "How a father competes with his children? Whatever I struggled and whatever I have earned everything is for my children. There will be no question of competition between father and sons".
It is observed that the program was watched by many and it's a proof that Mohan Babu has become the biggest eye turner since the Vajrotsavam chaos.
Aims Of Dubai Sreenu Are Kept Secret
Dubai Sreenu is set to release on 7th of June. Nayanatara and Ravi Teja paired up in the film and directed by Sreenu Vaitla. Danayya, the producer of the film is highly confident about the film after producing the hit of 2007, 'Desa Muduru'. Danayaya says that Dubai Sreenu has typical formula to achieve goal of his life and that is kept a secret now, He also tries to boost up enthusiasm about the film stating that Nayanatara not only looks hot and spicy but also acts big role in this film. Ravi Teja, who faced flop with 'Khatarnak' wills to regain his past glory with this flick.
Sreenu Vaitla is only looking out to repeat his success that has come for him from 'Dhee'. We have to see how the things work with this film don the line.
It is known fact that promotion plays very vital role for the success of any film. Many have watched the film 'Adavari Matalaku Ardhaley Veruley' and many are watching that still. But the producer started promoting it on TV channels. There is an Ad that asks the guys if their relation with their father is like the one shown in AMAV. If there is resemblance the Ad asks to write to an address wherein the best resemblance will get a prize after calling them for a live show.
What's this mess!?
What the Ad intends to find out? Is that intending to find out the sons who are beyond 30 but not settled and living only on father's mercy? Any way, the responses from the public are yet to be noticed.
Sumanth is now tightening his belts to hit the floors on the banner of Annapurna Films. His first film 'Prema Katha' was made only on that banner and that was a flop. After that he grooved in the film 'Satya' on the same banner that turned out to be a hit. Now after a long gap he is again hitting with the same banner. After the film 'Godavari' he got class image and he is guarding himself without falling in the trap of image circle by doing varied roles like that of in 'Chinnodu' and 'Classmates'. Kajal, the heroine of 'Lakshmi Kalyanam' fame is pairing up with Sumanth in this film on Annapoorna banner. She is also busily acting in the film 'Siva Kasi' beside Arjun that is being made in Tamil at the same time with the title 'Bommalattam'.
To sum up Kajal appears to be getting busy these days.
Fresh grapevine says that Chiranjeevi's house is worth Rs 76 Crore now including the land value and building. It was almost quadrupled from the time it laid its foundation stone. A few months back it was said that the worth of the bungalow is Rs 36 Crore but now it was almost more than doubled. Chiranjeevi used to stay in a bungalow near the Jubilee Hills Check post till the release of 'Tagore'. Only after that he was shifted to new building that's made with fine artistic taste.
A fresh estimate says that Chiranjeevi has already crossed earning a property worth Rs 1000 Crore.
Nitin's father Sudhakar Reddy has been the man behind Nitin's career. It was his encouragement and his own drive that made his son a hero in Tollywood. But at the same time, it's again his father who marred his career. Wrong assumptions and wrong idea to make his son a mass hero made him to drive for the film 'Raam' that collapsed at the box office. Followed by that the film 'Satyam Sivam Sundaram' was in boxes without releasing.
Now Sudhakar Reddy is funding a fresh film of his son from behind. But the names of producers will be different.
This is to overcome the differences he had with distributors earlier. We have to see how this game works out.
There is said to be more than what meets the eye in Lokesh, son of Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu, being adamant on marrying Brahmani, daughter of Naidu's brother-in-law and film star N Balakrishna. There is a talk in political circles that it was a deliberate strategy on the part of Chandrababu Naidu to convince Balaiah for the marriage, only to checkmate the latter's plans of entering politics in a big way. Balaiah was originally contemplating to float his own political party and build it up like the Telugu Desam on the lines of his father N T Rama Rao. But when his graph in films started showing downtrend, he developed second thoughts and at this stage, Naidu invited him into the Telugu Desam to give a boost to the sagging morale of the party. But, heart in hearts, Naidu was apprehensive that if Balaiah comes into the party, he might dominate the scene which he doesn't like.
At this stage, the proposal for alliance between Lokesh and Brahmani came up for discussion. Naidu knows that Lokesh is nurturing the ambition of entering politics one day or the other and it would not be possible, if Balaiah enters the scene. So, if Lokesh becomes Balaiah's son-in-law, things would be different. If Balaiah plays the role of NTR, Lokesh could become another Chandrababu Naidu and one day, he might stage a coup against his father-in-law. By that time, Naidu would be playing a key role in the national politics. What a foresight!
Charan Teja to go to Bangkok
Megastar Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan Teja is heading for Thailand again. Along with the unit of Chirutha, he will be deputing for Thailand for over 40 days. Chirutha has already been finished a 30 days schedule in Bangkok and Pattaya in March and April. And after completing a portion of talkie part and a song at sets of Annapurna Studios, director Puri Jagannadh is planning a hectic and long schedule on the exotic beaches of Thailand . Neha Sharma is the heroine. Manisharma has scored the music. Chirutha is expected to be released on megastar Chiranjeevi's birthday that falls on August 22 nd.
Bubbly beauty Kajal is going great guns. Although Lakshmi Kalyanam didn't get her commercial success, offers are flooding this beauty. Kajal has signed three films now and all of them prestigious banners. Buzz is that Kajal has paired up with Sumanth in his next film. The film will be produced by none other than handsome hero Nagarjuna on his Annapurna Studios banner. Apart from this Kajal also doing Tamil director Bharatiraja's current movie, Kalidasu, where she paired opposite Arjun. She is also being considered for Ramesh's (Vidhyarhi fame) new film that is to be produced by Megasupergood films. Great going, Kajal!
Parvathi Melton is progresses further in Tollywood. Parvathi recently acted in a Malayalam film opposite Mohan Lal. She is back from Malluwood to our Tollywood. She is all set to be paired with power star Pawan Kalyan. Parvathi is approached for a special role for Trivikram's film although Illeana is retained as the main heroine. Shooting of this film is under progress. Another top heroine is also being approached for another guest role.
