Expression: Lagadapati Lost Grip On His Team
Lagadapati Sridhar lost his grip on his team completely. This is the feeler that many are giving in Film Nagar at present. It is only E Sattibabu who is running the show and Sridhar is not at all focused on the unit. Many are worried that the film would tend towards becoming a mishap if producer loses hold on the team. But others are making merry for finding a highly liberal producer.

This is Uday Kiran's direct Telugu film in his second innings. He pinned many hopes on this. His last film 'Abadhdham' was a miserable flop. Now in 'Viyyalavari Kayyalu' Sri Hari also portrayed a high voltage character where in he is also hopeful on that.

We have to see how everything comes out without proper captaincy of Lagadapati Sridhar.

Scribes mobilise support against Jindal!

Believe it or not, it was the local journalists of Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts who had taken the lead in mobilising the people's opinion against setting up of a refinery by Jindal South West Limited.

Apart from their writings in the media, the journalists personally campaigned in the villages and explained the ill-effects of the refinery in the area. At the environmental public hearing conducted by the AP Pollution Control Board held in Boddavara village under S Kota mandal in Vizianagarm on Monday, 98 per cent of farmers voted against the project, while only 2 percent favoured it. The Vizag Jouirnalists Forum had taken a stand to oppose drawing of water from Godavari project and would be conducting a meeting on Tuesday to seek a larger public opinion.

If the project gets clearance, it would be a nemesis for the Congress party in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram district, as the Telugu Desam had already snatched the opportunity and mobilsed the farmers of both Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam and the people of the city against the water supply from the Godavari project. ``This is the only opportunity for the Telugu Desam to take on the Congress for the 2009 elections,'' confessed a senior TD leader.

Gossip: Dasari Narayana Rao Vs ANR Clash Continues

This has been continuing from many years and still going on as per the sources. The clash started in a bill settlement issue of Annapurna Studios. Dasari Narayana Rao made a film in Annapurna Studios but is yet to pay the bill. When good time started for him Annapurna staff reminded Dasari about the due to be cleared. But Dasari has shown his stern recalcitrance.

Then the staff sent him a Lawyer Notice. Dasari got infuriated and called on ANR saying that he made him famous with 'Premabhishkam' and many other films and why the notice was sent. ANR said that he didn't know about that and only his staff did that. Since then Dasari dropped an iron curtain between him and ANR.

After that when Dasari and ANR encountered each other in an Airport the former ignored the latter and left the place. Sources say that the clash is still going on.

Married Ex-Heroine Becomes 'Sleeping' Partner

It is the gossip that is making rounds in industry now. A married heroine is a 'sleeping' partner to a producer now. She is making a film now and also portraying a role in that.

The gossip is that the husband of that actress is very practical in mind set and will not mind for any 'sleeping' partnerships with others. The actress is now not finding any roles to play in films and her earnings are in trouble. Hence to meet the expenditure she needs not less than Rs 1.5 lakh per month. She is planning to make that at least as 'sleeping' partner.

We have to see if this film brings her success as producer
