Gossip: Pawan Kalyan Separated From His Child!

Pawan Kalyan is found depressed with the legal battle his erstwhile wife is waging with him. Though his present star wife is trying her best to comfort him, he is inconsolable.

His only son Akira, always loves his company. The elders in his family apprehend whether the depressed mood will have an adverse impact on the child. So he is now temporarily separated from his son.

Pawan Kalyan 'manages' to escape trial

Power star Pawan Kalyan, who is involved in a bigamy case, seems to have managed everyone from top to bottom to see that he would not attend the court.

The additional chief metropolitan magistrate of Visakhapatnam gave one more month time to the city police to submit a detailed report of the investigation of the bigamy case filed against actor Pawan Kalyan, by his estranged wife Nandini. After listening to the III town CI Annepu Narasimha Murthy seeking some more time to submit detailed report, the magistrate directed the police to submit it by September 20.

The police had earlier sought adequate time to furnish requisite information, prior to the last hearing on July 26 and the court conceded their request. July 26 was also the day when Pawan Kalyan was to depose before the judge. However, he abstained from the hearing by expressing his inability to attend, through an affidavit. As a consequence, the judge posted the case for further hearing on September 6. So, lot of time is there for Pawan to manage more people!!

Cops yet to file report in Pavan Kalyan case

Police are likely to seek more time from the court to file a report in the Pavan Kalyan-Nandini bigamy case.
Sources in Visakhapatnam said the police are likely to file a memo in the court in this regard.
The court had given police time till August 20 to file the report. However, the police have not interrogated the actor or his family, who were named by Nandini in her case filed in the first additional metropolitan magistrate court on June 24.
A police official told media that due to paucity of time, they could not go to Shirdi where Pavan had reportedly married Renu Desai.

Reel Talk: Pawan Kalyan's Title 'Jalsa' Or 'Masti'

The shooting of the film in the combination of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Sreenivas has been going on from quite long time. But till now the title hasn't declared. The interest is now concentrated on this film for film circles.

When inquired it was revealed that that there are two titles in consideration now. One is Jalsa and the other is Masti. Both the titles are close to Pawan Kalyan's last super hit flick 'Khushi' in terms of sense and meaning. There is another coincidence that both the words are from Hindi.

Chiranjeevi Said 'No Settlement' In Pawan's Case

This is the grapevine from legal sources. It is said that Chiranjeevi is the one who brought the issue of Pawn Kalyan to court leaving the idea of settlement aspect aside. He asked the lawyer not to go for settlement but approach court.

It seems that Chiranjeevi said, "It's not something very serious. It's neither IPC 302 case as well. Let that lady (Nandini) go to court. Let everything be solved by court".

Little while ago, it was said that Nandini's family and Pawan Kalyan have shown interest to do settlement at sum of Rs 8 Cr outside the court. But now the case has to face the court to settle down as per the dictum of the justice.

Gossip: Pawan Kalyan complicating his case?

Looks like film actor Pawan Kalyan is complicating his own case in fighting a legal battle with his wife Nandini.

In the first place, he preferred to abstain from the family court proceedings on Tuesday, rather than facing the trial. If he attends, he would have to blurt out several facts. This has naturally irritated the famil court judge.

Secondly, he provoked a large number of his fans and that of his brother Chiranjeevi to assemble at the court and threaten Nandini and her family members. They raised slogans in support of Pawan Kalyan and threatened Nandini of dire consequences, if she did not take back his complaint. Fearing attacks from them, Nandini had to make a secret entry into the court hall by diverting the media and the attention of the actor's fans.

This may also turn a negative point for him and the court has taken a serious view of his fans assembling in the court premises and threatening the parties. The lawyers in the court registered a storong protest and will take it up seriously in the next proceedings.

Pavan Kalyan’s plea for in-camera hearing rejected

A city court on Tuesday dismissed film actor Pavan Kalyan’s plea for holding the proceedings in-camera in the case filed against him by his estranged wife Nandini.

High drama was witnessed in the Family-cum-Fifth Additional Judge’s Court even before the case came up for hearing at about 10.30 a.m. with several fans of Pavan Kalyan thronging the district court premises and raising slogans against Nandini and her father, K. Chakradhara Rao, a businessman.

A battery of mediapersons present at the court were disappointed as they could not take any byte from Nandini, who lodged a maintenance petition in the family court and another petition charging Pavan Kalyan with bigamy and harassment. Actor Chiranjeevi, brother of Pavan Kalyan, is also one of the respondents in the case.

The media mobbed a luxury car in which a ‘dummy’ Nandini came half-an-hour before the scheduled hearing. Meanwhile, the family members of Nandini brought her in a blue Maruti 800 and made her appear before Judge L.D. Prasad. He accepted Pavan Kalyan’s plea for exemption from an appearance this time on ‘medical grounds’ on a representation submitted through his lawyer, Nagesh Reddy, who came from Hyderabad.

The case is posted for hearing on September 6.

Earlier, he wanted that in-camera proceedings should be conducted as the actor is a famous person and open hearing of a matrimonial dispute would cause inconvenience to him.

The bigamy case by Nandini, in which she accused Pavan Kalyan of marrying actress Renu Desai without nullifying his first marriage, will come up for hearing on August 20.

Nandini's father blames it on Allu Aravind!

Film hero Pawan Kalyan's bigamy episode is taking as many twists and turns as that of a typical Telugu film.
Reacting sharply to Pawan Kalyan's allegations against his wife Nandini, her father Rakurthi Chakradhara Rao said he would come up with more evidence as the case against his son-in-law after commencement of the trial. The divorce case filed by Pawan Kalyanm, two months after his daughter filed a case, showed the character of the popular actor. Pawan stooped to a low level and made several baseless allegations against his daughter in order to get a divorce and to cover up his own misdeeds.
Rao blamed it on Megastar Chiranjeevi's brother-in-law Allu Aravind for sabotating the marriage beween Pawan Kalyan and Nandini. Aravind allegedly threatened him not to approach the court and offered to send Renu Desai for a compromise. He also pointed out that Nandini was subjected to torture by a woman member of Pawan Kalyan family. Since his family was conservative, Nandini never exposed the brutal characters of Pawan family to the outside world, he said.

My wife is a cruel lady, says Pavan Kalyan

Power Star Pavan Kalyan, brother of Mega Star Chiranjeevi, has apparently realised that he is in deep trouble in connection with the bigamy case filed by his wife Nandini and that he would have to face a non-bailable imprisonment. After failing to enter into a compromise with Nandini and get rid of her once and for all, Pavan Kalyan had no other option but to file a divorce petition in the Visakhapatnam family court. The reason cited in his petition is strange: He has described Nandini as a cruel woman and that she treated him with utter contempt. He said any continuation of the marital relationship would cause grave damage and injury to his mental health.
Sources said Nandini had produced strong evidences before the court against Pavan Kalyan; importantly with regard to his second marriage. Therefore, it would be difficult for the court to believe his version. Moreover, he is a well-known actor, a martial arts expert and has a lot of influence in the society and therefore, it was doubtful whether the court would believe his argument that she was cruel to him and ill-treated him. Such a petition normally comes from an aggrieved wife.
Secondly, Pavan Kalyan's petition came very late, as the local police had already completed their investigation and are all set to submit a report to the court. Thus, difficult days are ahead for Pavan Kalyan!

'Partner' is the Hindi film that's released a couple of days ago. It is said that the film is a direct inspiration from Hollywood film 'Hitch' that was released in 2005 with Will Smith in lead role. Pawan Kalyan has resumed shooting for his current film after a gap of 15 days. The film is produced by Allu Aravind and directed by Trivikram Srinivas. On Monday (July 16), he has participated in the shoot that was canned at Ameerpet. Heroine Illeana who is in USA will join the unit next week.

Renu says she didn't marry Pawan Kalyan!

The bigamy case involving Power Star Pawan Kalyan has taken an interesting turn, with actress Renu Desai announcing that he was not her husband.

Interestingly, Renu did not make any public statement to this effect, but indicated it while replying to the legal notice sent by K Nandini, wife of Pavan Kalyan. And what is more interesting is that Renu sent her reply to Nandini one and a half months ago, based on which Nandini filed a suit in the court. She claimed that she was not part of feud between Pawan Kalyan and Nandini. In the reply Renu gave her address at Nikas Skies, Banner Road, Pune. Renu also warned that she would take a legal recourse if bad propaganda was launched against her.

Obviously Renu gave this reply under pressure from Pawan Kalyan. Though their marriage has not been legalised, Renu and Pawan have a son and therefore, her announcement that Pawan Kalyan was not her husband has created a sensation in the movie field.

Now, the police are set to unravel the mystery. But being a popular film star, Pawan Kalyan can easily get away in the case, police sources said.
