Nayanatara hates gold. She said this in her own words.

"I don't spend much on gold ornaments. I don't feel like wearing them as well. I like Platinum. I like rings made of Platinum. I have a good collection of Platinum rings", says Nayantara.

Well, we may feel she has no expensive desire when she says she hates gold. But Platinum is costlier than gold.

We can also say that Nayantara may not get any call from Gold Ornaments showrooms to endorse their products. When Platinum makes big way in India then we may expect her as first brand ambassador of that.
