Buzz: Refused Prabhas and paired with NTR Jr!

Even though she made an impact with her debut in the Telugu film Desamudru, Hansika is no hurry to sign a Tollywood film, despite the big offers she has been getting. The Hindi film Aap Ka Suroor, which showcased her maiden venture as a heroine, is doing well. Now the child-artiste-turned -heroine has given her nod to a Telugu film with N.T.R. Junior in the lead.

The film, tentatively tilted Kantri, is directed by Meher Ramesh (who was also the script associate for Desamudru) and is produced by Ashwinidutt. According to sources, though the actress has shown interest in the project, she is yet to sign and give dates. Apparently, the actress also refused a film with Prabhas in Telugu and also rejected a few Tamil offers. Kantri would hit the floors after the release of N.T.R’s socio-fantasy film Yamadonga.
