Tollywood actress Karishma Kotak is Chiranjeevi’s latest heroine and we’ll soon be seeing her in Shankardada Zindabaad, the remake of Munna Bhai MBBS. Industry sources say she’s had a phenomenal rise. And some insist that she was the highest paid model when she was modelling. Incidentally, we heard that she got her first break in modelling in Hyderabad, through Rohit Reddy.
