Trade Talk: Lakshyam Dropping Down

'Lakshyam made big openings with the mass factors it has. The film has two heroes Gopichand and Jagapathy Babu. The film brought profits for producer Nallamalupu Sreenu much before the release of the film. But slowly it's losing its tempo at the box office for different reasons. The film is said to be a free make of the old Hindi film 'Ghayal'. Many films have come with Ghayal formula and hence the people hardly found variety in this.

Bhoomika starrer 'Satyabhama' turned down miserably at box office although the theme has variety in it. The reason is the film is a photo copy of a Hollywood flick '50 First Dates' and it's made in dull mode till the end. The film did just an average show in first week in A centers but in B, C centers the film proved to be a flop.

'Paata' is another film that was shunned by audiences. SVK's 'Bahumathi' is also not doing well due to lack of publicity. 'Dubai Seenu' and 'Sivaji' are doing well as there is no competition from any end.
